Hey, this was just something I created. I never really did "free draw" before, I only made things for graal so I thought I'd take a crack at this. The character is made by me, I had no specific character i was trying to covey.

The wings look ok but your hair and your "dress" (I don't know what you call it) are random shaded.
Plus, your outline isn't proper and there are some "jaggies" on it.
I may be the only one but I did expect a better pixel art from a graphics admin.

I do have to agree with you but improper outline, random shades and jaggies isn't a style.
