The Skype log on why I wasn't hired

Well, here is the skype log on why I wasn't hired. I want you to know that I have nothing against any of the staff, except Matt. I had nothing against Matt when he didn't hire me. I disliked him when I found out he lied to me. I don't like liars. I'm not making this thread because I didn't get hired; I'm making it so I can show you all what really happened. I really feel sorry for you Poetic. 2nd time you got caught in something sticky.

Also, I have nothing against mattkan. At all. He's still my close friend.

If mattkan was told to recommend someone, wouldn't he recommend someone he knows is a good worker, and not some random kid who wants staff boots? Yes. He would. The other thing is, if Matt has "been doing this carp since 01" shouldn't he know to look into my application and take a look at how I am, and NOT have to be babyfed every single little thing? It's sad how stupid some people can be.

I'm not breaking any rules at all.

I only see Matt blaming someone else for his mistake.

HE was in charge of hiring

and it was HIS responsibility.

Failure to take responsibility for such actions shows he isn't suited for the job.

Well, I don't think there's anything wrong with this thread, providing it doesn't turn into a complete bitchfest* and no one decides it's an excuse to go out of their way to harass someone. He's just sharing information, I guess. The only problem I see with it is that it was a private chat.

Oh, and considering our community it most likely will. I agree with the post beneath, and this thread should probably just be kept but closed.

I can understand your frustration at the immature community and their taunting. But I wish the thread could've been closed after the first post. Keyboard warriors are about to go into battle and start making assumptions of god knows what from one mistake. And tbh everyone involved wa at fault in one way or another. Plz Higbey sit this one out.

Again, the thread was made to inform people. Not to start a flame war, or as kiwi calls it: a bitchfest. Some people were at fault more than others, I would say...

Lame. This *Matt guy says he's been doing that since 2001 but it seems like he started few months ago. He's so not ready and not tidy. He completely made iZone look ridiculous although the rest of the staff is great.

And btw, how did you get this chat? Did Mattkan give it to you? If he did that's sad. An ex iera staff and who wanted to be manager of a server that gives informations away... If i'm wrong sorry.
