Latte's Quirky Art [requests: closed/in progress]
 

Okay, I'm going to try REALLY hard to keep this thread. Be like "omg latte wtf" if I try to abandon this thread. So, here's everything I've done, ever: the beginning of me learning pixel art to now (excluding heads/bodies, but I did include my first head xD).

It's vaguely in chronological order, but the kiss-y painting, head, and health bar thing were definitely my first attempts at pixel art. my dark dark dark past

Art goal starting today: To mature my art style and start doing things from a palette. P: I tried to do it with the 'strange identity' hat on the very bottom, it has 8 colors. But then maybe it's too many because it's so small .. -inner conflict-

I'll post mostly pixel art here, but here's a glimpse at some art I'm doing for my college application portfolio. I'm going to spend all week working on that, since the deadline is Jan 1st; amg thank god it's almost OVAR. [click me]

If this is in chronological you have progressively gotten worse. (that's not to say your stuff is bad)
I think your furniture is the best out of all of it.

If the furniture is for Graal, I think you need to work on getting the perspective right. Other than that, I like most of them. :D

Thanks, appreciated <: Part of it is probably cos I took a 3-4 month break from pixel art and just got back a month or so ago; I forgot most of my pixel art techniques by that time xD I'm still trying to remember them, but trying to re-learn the professional way using palettes and directing my style towards a kind of maturity (rather than glitter and girly and high school artsy). So, it's been a challenge I've been working on

Crono's is done~ At first I wanted to do a portrait but it looked too uninteresting, so I tried this \o/ First time attempting this style xD Wasn't sure whether or not I liked the glasses so I included both versions.
