How about a fishing job? You could start out just being able to catch 2-3 types of fish, but be able to earn better fishing rods from events/auctions/stores with limited stock to get better fish worth more money. It'd be cool because you could fish all over, and incorporate rare drops and certain fish that can only be caught in x area later on. And don't screw it over like mining is.

Yeah fishing would be great. Era Pc is releasing fishing very soon so maybe Andrew could do the same. Something like zodiac fishing whould be pretty cool.

what are you talking about!? Classic released rps, alot of new levels and finished the railroad, all of which are of good quality(obviously not rushed)

after 300 consecutive hat updates, I'd hope they'd have something accomplished

RPS? Quality? You have gotta be kidding me. It's the most basic concept ever. Rps doesn't really improve the app, especially when it focuses on... Guess what... Hats! And the railroad is just focusing on getting people to buy the draisine. When was the last time we had a decent, free new thing to do on classic?

I actually like the fact that the classic staff stopped doing just hat updates and actually brought out something different. If you don't your just being fussy and are expecting too much...just...be thankful they broke the hat update streak :\ sheesh!

As for the free things, what defines something as free? Not having to pay in game money or not having to pay irl money....

Fishing! great! 6-9 Graalats per fish. you can buy a wood rod, metal rod, and gold rod. The gold does 50 fish per minute and breaks in 6k throws. Not likely to recieve no fish in a try. The metal does 20 fish per minte and can break in 2k throws. The wood is 10 fish per minute and will break in 500 throws.
The platinum rod does 75 fish per minute and every try is a fish or more. It will break in 11k throws

wood rod- 100 graalats

metal rod-500 graalats

gold rod- 1k graalats

platinum Rod-1 EC

Lines last 1k throws for 50 graalats.

imo, only one rod should be purchasable in a shop... Maybe rare drops from crabs, special events for holidays etc could introduce others

I feel like iEra has too many ways to make money now.

iClassic already has hints for fishing, and as Vince said, iEra has too many ways to make money. You don't need more. And, this would fit the iClassic theme more than iEra.

The more the merrier.

This would be true if making money was actually fun. Digging, mining, trash picking, mail service, etc. are all boring and feel like a complete waste of time. If there was a job that somewhat incorporated money making into the game such as selling body parts for cash from killing people (I haven't seen the buyback shop yet so i have no idea if the money gain is even substantial.), a bounty system (which was discussed in the past but has seemed to dissapear), more money from controlling gang bases (I know it won't happen lol), or something in that point of reasoning it would be a lot more bearable.

I mean come on, what would you do for fishing?

You would probably just sit there waiting for 5 minutes waiting for the line to tug and then press a specific button to get some fish, rinse and repeat.

I feel like the ways of money making are boring on purpose to lure people into buying graalat packs. :'(

Then we can make fishing fun :d. Maybe have it so we have to go around the ocean on boats an find fishing spots. Maybe you could have large trawling parties with your friends.

That actually sounds somewhat fun. The fishes can be expanded upon as well, such as different sizes for each fish and having a Graal record for bigger sized fishes and like the player would be shown standing next to the huge fish showing the size of it and it would be in a Graal 'world' records building which i feel should be made ( Most kills, deaths, wins, gang hours, biggest streak, helpful person, troll, and other specific titles which can be nominated for players.) Off topic sorry rofl.

But i feel if any more ways to make money should be greatly expanded on instead of, let's say: Pick's up a rock and sells to rock shop for 5 graalats. ROFL
