Alignment
Well, our names are all white now and for a little bit they would change color depending on whom you've killed. Does this mean alignment is being added to the game? Will this be used for Christmas to determine whose naughty or nice? We shall see I suppose...
|
time to get dat 100AP so no one can sword PK me :D
|
Need to make sure it isn't going to break anything else in its introduction.
|
So how do we check our alignment standard?
|
Awesome!
|
showap or showname
|
I have come to the conclusion that kills bring your ap down. and deaths bring i up.
im at 0 right now ._. |

So, if I were to bring my ap from 3 to the highest, how long do i have to sit in the church for?
Ok im 5 ap now from sitting in that church. Any other ways to raise ap? |
AP is cool in general. However, the problem with this is that there is NOTHING to do on the server other than tower and PK.

Albus is correct, you can gain AP through being in 'holy' places.
|
What else besides just sitting in the church for a couple hours?
|
I thought you get ap through not pking.
Is the new ap system introduced different than the default one in pc Graal? |
You can gain alignment points from doing nothing, as long as you don't PK. You can gain it faster by doing good deeds or being in locations which are 'good' in their essence.

Ap should be placed in profiles for better convenience :)

Some tidbits of information, at least from my knowledge of the PC implementation. Not sure if it all applies to iClassic:
> Low AP has negative effects. I don't know the specific numbers but eventually you will not be able to heal anymore. It also locks your max hearts, but that's not applicable on iClassic. > AP regenerates very slowly, and is dependent on your current AP. Those with low AP will have their AP rising much faster than those with high AP. This actually forces those who think black names are cool looking to actively and constantly PK to maintain their 0 ap. The higher your AP, the longer it will take for your AP to rise. I think going from an ap point of 95 to 100 takes as long as it took to get from 0 to 95. Or 0-90 = 90-100. I honestly can't tell you the specifics. > You lose AP by killing players, and you gain it by NOT killing players. I think the AP you lose from killing players is dependent on the victims AP. If you have 50 AP and you kill someone with 99 AP you're going to take a BIG loss in AP as opposed to killing someone with 5 AP. > With a gold nick(100 ap) you are immune to swords, but still vulnerable to arrows and bombs and other projectiles. > I vaguely remember AP only rising in PK zones, but I may be wrong. Also in days of old you would gain AP at a slightly faster rate in the Church. It's been a LONG time since I've dealt with AP and I don't have any hard numbers to go by so take this with a grain of salt. |
Neat

Would killing baddies raise your allignment?
|
Jesus Freaks, Cathedral, and Church of 6 Gods = all holy.

Why is everyone's AP only at about 0-5 or so? I have 60 :0

Baddies should only raise ap to a certain extent like 75 then no further. Afterwards, it won't raise any (also won't lower) and the rest must be done by not killing players.
|
Ap shouldnt lower from killing people while defending towers. Already seeing people not wanting to defend towers because theyre ap lowers.

Staff is a joke. How about a real update? Instead, they waste their time on this stupid crap. Rufus, you are a fool.

This actually seems like an interesting update. Nice job.

I for once actually think this is a worthwhile update. |
This is kind of irrelevant, but why would I get banned from commenting on Graalonline Classic's Facebook Page for saying, "y u copy n paste" ?
I wanted to comment on this new update on Facebook, but it wouldn't let me, I just noticed that they blocked me from commenting :( |
Anyone know if killing naddies raises ap now?
|
Perhaps obtaining a staff cookie then eating it puts you up by 25 AP on the spot could also work for those wanting to get positive AP faster? Staff cookies are given out for good deeds so it'd make sense.
|
I have one concern though: Only the good alignment has any benefits. Each alignment should have its own benefits. The bad side could have effects more centered around PK and such, while good can keep what it has.
Also, each alignment should have a store with furniture, hats, and bodies. I say this because I want to buy an evil throne. |
When you get 100 AP, if you PK would you lose it?

Edit: Saints should not be able to attack tower flags without having a lower AP otherwise they would use the invulnerablity to an advantage to walk through everyone and into the flag room and take it with ease. |

I'd like to ask why the good alignment is the only alignment with benefits. Why can't evil people have positive effects?
|
Saints shouldn't be allowed to attack flags otherwise it'd be highly unfair since they wouldn't have to kill anyone.
