Constantly Getting Banned for Harassment
 

Alright, in the past few months I've been getting banned for the same thing, over and over again, harassment. Believe me or not, I hardly ever talk to anyone on classic to even begin to harass someone. But, the weirdest thing happens every time I get banned...my friend Loops, coincidentally I'm married to him in-game, get banned as well, at the exact same time, for the exact same reason, for the exact same amount of hours. In the past I appealed all the bans and I was unbanned in a matter of minutes after sending the appeal email. I don't know what's happening, but I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

The exact same thing happens to me with a variaty of bans. 9/10 when i get banned so does Nadi,Cally,shinta,mya and Kin really hope they fix this issue.

You're allowed to ban for that long on classic? That's bull.

I got banned for stating my own opinion on how dumbass Admins are recruiting nooby ass admins that have 5k hours and 4k kills.

AND I GOT BANNED FOR HARASSMENT THEY CAN'T EVEN GET THE BAN RIGHT, IT WAS STAFF HARASSMENT NOT HARASSMENT WTF

And this is why I sit in my safe little chair at the Battle Arena. That is a very strange issue. Staff can check bans so you should contact one and have them check your ban history to talk to the person who has been doing it.

This is why you don't associate your account with someone else :)

That needs to be fixed. That is moronic, how are they supposed to fix it then?

Applying bans to people who once traded or logged onto their friends account is just plain unfair.

I don't think it can be helped. The way this new account system is set up allows a person to log onto their account on multiple devices (I use my account on my iPod, iPad, and iPad mini). By letting your friends log onto your account, it identifies them as just another one of your devices. The best way to prevent these bans is just to keep your account to yourself.

I'm sure there could be a way to unlink the accounts.

Well, I've been on my friends account before to get something in onset before when he was out of town...

So he if becomes banned I get banned?

Just curious, but why is a ban for harassment that long?

It's smart to do that in some ways I guess, it's just to get people to stop sharing accounts with one another I'm assuming, but could be argued either way.

It's all good. Got unbanned, and lesson learned. But my question is, if you revoke do the accounts "un-link" or are they linked forever?
