Its cool how Era is gonna b an extra year old on the same day of the "rapture"=not real. Also we need ideas for the bday!! post em here so that maybe admins or snk see :).

It's not the rapture but the world is really going to end. Ask any mayan you can find, they won't disagree with me. Also I think for the bday we should spend our last days alive huddled at home with our families rather than playing graal

Guys, you do realize the Mayans didn't state what will happen on that date, right? Infact, some historians have a different theory that the Mayan gods were actually aliens, along with the gods of other religions, and the Mayans believed that they were gonna be re-visited by them on 12/21/12. Not saying that I think that theory is true, but still, no one actually has solid proof on what will happen on that day.

Off topic: if leap years weren't accounted for, then why is the Mayan calendar still accurately predicting our new moon and full moon days?

My friend, I've never said I believe in this, there are many ways to disprove 21/12/2012, but not the way you did, because this is utterly STUPID that you think the ones who converted the Mayan date to the Gregorian didn't calculate the leap years. I've seen the exact same post you posted earlier 3 years ago on Facebook and I said the exact same thing back then.

THE LEAP YEARS WERE ACCOUNTED FOR, MARKER.
