Lost All Multiple Rares...

Hello. So I saw the news which stated that you can now transfer your Unidentified account and transfer the event coins. I had 15 event coins on my second account so I obeyed what the news said. It was a success. I had gotten my event coins all into ONE account. :happy

[5 Mins Later]

So I check my inventory since all my items in my 2nd account were also transferred (I kept all my rares in my 2nd account for convenience reasons). I got offered a deal. I look on my Tazer which should be 2 (one from my REAL account + one from Unidentified). I check and it says their is only 1! As soon as I saw that, I checked all my other rares which had multiple amounts (like clover, spd, egg dances, Mexican rares, basickly every NORMAL rare in era which I had 2+ more of) and that was also just 1! :/ So I basickly lost a lot of rares. I head of to start to see if any admins are there and all I see is people crying who has the same fate as me.

This may be a thread for you guys as a 'whining thread' or a 'justice thread'. No matter what it is, I belive I should get my items back. I emailed snk, pmed in game, didn't recieve an answer as always so I had no choice. Help me out admins!! Thanks :)

Ps- DONT IDENTIFY IF YOU HAVE 2 OR MORE OF A SINGLE RARE AS YOU WILL LOSE THEM ALL!!!

Yes they can, by transferring the old fashion way.

Yeah i had 15 ec on my 2nd account it transfered the items buy not the ec and i would have a luger or kantana and now i just have kiwi.
