More Celebrating?
 

Im wondering what you guys think too about this i dont like how we celebrate just the major holidays but as era they recently celebrated 9/11 and shark week. We only celebrate the major holidays and a little minor im wondering if you guys also wanna see new buildings about different holidays and more items at onnet shop other then the year round same holiday related items.

You guys celebrated Shark Week in Era? Lucky...I want shark themed hats and furniture...by the way, please learn how to spell "major". Please.

Celebrating 9/11 :unsure: if they did something for it then it should be a non profit shop/event so its all free.

I think they should also be more gameplay things(quests/events) around these holidays rather than another shop with just more items and hats in...

Typically the major holidays get gameplay such as events and quests while the minor holidays/occassions get simple shops, or items.

Representing a holiday specifically for a country/useless **** like shark week would make everyone want their holiday represented and we can't have every independence day represented.

When you put it that way, does any holiday have a use? Are any of them useful? Besides, Shark Week would be nice because everyone loves sharks.

no. no more holidays other than the major ones, winter solstice, spring time (easter), holloween, fall(thanksgiving) and summer.

minor things like shark week, maybe some staffmember could do hide and seek or a event for a shark hat.

I did shark events for shark week... Hide in seek were you had to be dressed as a shark to find me, and shark themed trivia... All for (big surprise) a shark hat.

Not a 9/11 holiday shop. I'm english and so seeing a holiday that's totally stupid to where I live seems like favorism. Also, if America gets a holiday on a disaster, what about worse disasters? in England we had bombings too.... from the IRA and also the bus bombings by terrorists

Because people in England live and forget. Seems majority of Americans will want to remember every little disaster. "remember the Alamo!" "pearl harbor: we will never forget"

There shouldn't be anything celebrated other than major mass celebrated/commercialized holidays. And maybe a few small goofy holidays thrown in for the lawls every once in awhile. Ex. Talk like a pirate day.

Sorry, we will not be celebrating 9/11. While "we remember", our staff-base, just like our player-base, is very diverse. There are staff members from many, many different countries. I don't necessarily see the point of "celebrating" an attack in a single country. We're not celebrating remembrance of anything in other countries, so how is that fair to them? Hypothetical question, it's not fair to them.

darn i was busy all day and didnt get to participate in International Talk Like A Pirate (or pyrat?) Day. although i did stop by onnet to collect a beanie. So what did everyone else think of this random holiday?...

Yeah, graaloween ftw :3 And guys it sickens me a little that you want 9/11. To remember the people who died you basically want that day to be: a) full of solicitation to children and b) all the children making it " international flip off the muslims day". Thats what basically happened on era, so if you want it in classic, i dont see you guys' logic.

Any day like 9/11 or particularly religious holiday is basically a field day for trolls.
