Pra's (player relations admins) or gfx admins etc will pick you if they feel you are good enough to be one and if you match what they need

It depends what kind of admin/staff you want to be.
They work in different "teams", you see, even tho they are a group of people who put together the whole staff team. There is different administrators, such as Player Relations, that take care of questions and problems, Graphics Admin that takes care of the graphics on the server, LAT (Level Administration Team?) that makes the levels, which is how Graal is built up (were houses, roads, grass is built).

And as someone already said, you gotta meet their requirements, if you are really good at making graphics, you should send them in to some graphics administrator that then tell someone like SNK to hire you (for an example). Sometimes you may apply, but only sometimes.

SNK isn't the one taking care of that. SNK takes care of the server, and makes the staff team work. If you got plenty of good melees, send them to a graphic or gani artist instead.

Anyways, there is no specific way to join the Iphone staff teams but to just practice your craft (for development), or be a player who is very good at helping people in tough spots (when they are asking someone for help). If the staff team likes what they see, they will contact you about a possible hiring spot. Remember it isn't just you fighting to gain power on a server, and you would have a easier time being hired as a Developer (if you are good, and it is purely to help the server by creating areas for the server).

P.S: You would be better off working on structuring your sentence structure, and not asking people how being a staff member, or bug staff on when you can join the team.

I don't understand why people want to be an admin. I may sound lazy when I say this, but I'm sure it might make y'all change your mind, cuz lets face it: people are lazy. Well back to what I was saying, all being a staff member means is this. Work. Who wants to do that?

Name all the GP. There's not many, because any admin can do it. I actually don't know if there's any GP.

Era has no GP's, PR's do that work too.
Also, 90% of the people that want to be hired just want to abuse powers.
100% of that statistic was made up, but there could be some truth behind it.

If you have a problem with the PR/GP staff in a objective point of view, Write a civilized email to [email protected], or [email protected]. Detailing the situations that caused you to write them and the staff members involved. (be sure to have valid proof)

Also, poorface was just saying that most-all of the people who say "Should I be admin yes- no-" only want to abuse powers. Not the staff, their objectives are clean. It's wanna be staff that should be worried about

Failure this means gold access to graal in general (access to certain servers, etc). As in he gets it for free if he's a staff member

To become an adiam, I suggest you spam every staff member you see in-game and contact [email protected]. If they don't reply, keep at it. The more spam yo send, the more determined you look. If you want to look extra smart, make sure to abbreviate your words. As in, instead of, 'Can I be an adiam?' say 'cn I B admn?'. Abbreviating makes you look intelligent, because you know that people will still understand you and it's faster. Lastly, make sure to make lots of bread jokes infront of Unimad and you'll be an adiam in no time. Best of luck.

So what you do, is hack the server
Then snk will drag you and reset your account. After that you will be an admin. How do you think dandaman became an admin?
