I was finally able to get the TV and watched 6 episodes of Pandora Hearts, 1 episode of Magi: The Kingdom of Magic, and finish the last 3 episodes of Pokemon Origins. It feels good to finally catch up on some anime.

Golden Time.
Literally, ****ing amazing. The Feels Train goes hard in this one. 8.5/10 Kill la Kill. Given how things ended, I'll be surprised if there isn't a season 2 for this show. Can't wait for the OVA later this year. 9/10 Wizard Barristers. Not that great, disappointed that we really didn't get to see variety of magic. became very mechy at the end. 4/10. Magical Warfare Interesting series, animation was good. combat scenes were above average. Plot takes a turn for the worse at the end of episode 12, and the ending is complete ****. 4/10 simply because of the ending. |

Just finished watching Madoka Magica's third movie as I've seen it has finally been subbed online on my anime site I go on. Mother of god Madoka Magica and their god damn despairs. If you have not seen the Madoka Magica series, you have to, even though it looks and sound childish, it's really actually dark and is known as one of the best MATURE anime out there.
Now to talk about the movie, it is the continuation of the second movie/anime where they follow Haruka. Damn those it follow it's dark path, I'm not going to say much about the plot to spoil anything, you just have to watch it yourself. The story however was extremely well written and if you seen the anime Fate/Zero, the same person who scripted it has also scripted Madoka Magica. Character developement in this movie was incredible, the way each character carried out their role in the movie. Animation, art and music was really well done, especially the art, giving a very dark and malice feeling throughout the whole movie. Some people would say the ending was unsatisfactory, but that is depending on how you look at the movie, since it's the final movie, there won't be a continuation, so you have to deal with the ending they gave you. It's somewhat like a cliffhanger, showing you a new story will begin, but there actually won't be one. |
Oh my! I didn't realize there were 'Madoka Magica' movies!
The show was bloody brilliant. A masterpiece in my mind. |
I demand a season two for Engaged to the Unidentified.
NAOW. |

Here's a site where it lists all the anime that's been announced and the season it's in. There's quite a few that stands out for me; Atelier Escha, Black Bullet (Seems Guilty Crownish given the description), Blade & Soul cause plot, Bokura, Date a Live S2, Hanamonogatari (I won't watch it until I can get caught up with the entire series), Hitsugi no Chaika, Love Live S2, No Game No Life, Ryuugajou, and Soul Eater Not. There seems to be alot of NEET based animes coming out right now. For the winter leftovers, the only one I'm really happy to see continuing is Nisekoi. |
