I remember seeing something like that before they completely revamped the map.

Zone has futuristic technology yet is unable to go down to classic, which pretty much confirms it is a fake representation of the land "below".
Therefor there is still no proof as to classic having a legitimate sky whatsoever and we won't ever have one unless they'd add a way to render the game in 3D or add a way to go to space and literally jump down to earth past the clouds and all

With the whole fishing thing it seemed to be implied that zone was floating on water but It was also implied to be in the air so who knows.

Ok so me along with my guild members just went around to each point (one person per object), and interact with it by pressing the glove button. We all spammed the glove button at the same time (to see if something happens if we all activate something at once) and we all got this little lightning animation from the sky onto the objects.

Can confirm this happened to everyone else I did this with. We don't know what to do after this

I, for one, am grateful Ryan and his friends took time out of their day to conduct this compelling research. There must be more though! Adding all these stones just for a simple animation? The lightning certainly has a purpose
