We're talking about ethics here. People don't want their personal customs on his site. We get it's legal, but it's a **** move to take them without permission.

Graalians is different ethically. We are talking about personal art. But legally, sure, it's the same.

If you're going to make a site with stolen content can you at least make it better by getting rid of that video and making it look less like a site from the 1990's? The design choices used to make this site make absolutely no sense.
