admins r used for events not for killing when theyre invunrable

That's not true xD In fact, i'm positive that they are listening and also active. I've noticed within these past few days that it's like a hacker pops out of nowhere with invulnerability on, i'd report and it didnt even pass a minute before he was -popped-. They are there. They're just shy. :) Except for a few occasionally, like Xor, Elly, Archon, ect. You catch my drift :3

When I saw a little bug in the castle quest in classic pc Thor was right there helping me and trying to fix it. The crime rate in iclassic at least has dropped significantly and whenever you report someone for glitching or whatever it may be no ones there even if there are a lot of staff members on. What are they even doing lol. Playing hide and seek and running around showing off? Another thing: whens the last time you've seen a GP walking around without staff boots? They rub around with all this stuff to try and show people how cool they are and make themselves think they're better than everyone else. I honestly think I may have helped more new players in the last month I've been back than some staff members.

Bravo, I tip my hat to you. Our guild Ventrue has a few members in charge of DEV on PC Classic :). But I am going to disagree PC originated players not wanting to help because surely, a few of them may not want to contend and help this "server", several PC players are openly willingly supporting changes, for example Rufus who brought up ideas like opening up non-pk areas and the GST

Too many useless admins.

People should not get admin because there friends with an admin. It's completely unfair. Ex. Lady gaga because she is friends with nyn she got admin yet she is very inactive. On once every 10 days for 5 mins. Find admins who can do there job and also admins that don't make 1k guilds that just makes it harder for the average graalian to succeed with his guild.

people theyve hired: NYN, ellybelly, lady gaga, etc.
why: friends with admins

people they havnt hired: ifuzzy(who applied over a year ago)
past experience: was a moderator on runescape, beta tested many iphone and PC games, had played iclassic since it first came out, was a talented LAT, who worked for GK iphone for a while. but he wasnt hired because he didnt know a lot of admins.

Was a talented LAT but not anymore, I guess.

No staff have pms from friends only on. Infact pms from friends only is disabled for PRs.
Skyld was right we do get a ton of spam, but its the PRs job to read it. Our whole team is dedicated to answering PMs, and if the aren't, they arent considered to be completing their job. The best way to get help on iera is through feedback, if not email [email protected]. If a PR doesnt reply straight away, be patient as we get hundreds of PMs a minute.

Although, if your pm is just spam, stop whining if no-one responds.

That's why I never apply for GP, FAQ, PR, GC/ET. Can't stand little ******s bugging me. I'll stick with being a developer, and keep ignoring everyone PMing me to help them with quests.

He quit. He probably still would be but he doesnt play tw game anymore so I said was. The point is they're ignoring the people who are super qualified and instead Hiring people just because they're friends with other staff members.

Its not what you know its who you know in life, you cant expect us to know every single good person to hire, thats why we release application forms. We read hundreds of apps trying to find the right person, and deliberate it alot, we dont just hire friends.

Even if some one is qualified it all comes down to who they feel is best fit for the position.
