Delteria should be merged with Classic, and its staff be transferred to Zone.

The list is kinda not accurate, iZone currently has 16 active staff members (not counting the Delterians). 8 of those 16 are working on the Zone Patrol team

Currently working Delterians on iZone:
MysticalDragon as Manager
Nikki helping out the ZPs and also working on the sent in tickets
Adoroar is no Graphics staff + he is also from Delteria ^^
Me helping out with organization and planning mostly. Getting new projects on its way, getting stuff working, etc :) not really actively working on levels for me.

Alex was incredibly inactive so he resigned, looks like zone is in dire need of scripters and developers (since silver was the only dev on zone for so long, if im not wrong)

Zone could have had more developers / scripters if the old management wasn't so inactive. (alex/fried)

No, he is still helping. He is listed as "Guest" on the staffsign, normally.


He is the "development manager" means our projects/ideas need to bypass him first.


I would say GS2 is the problem, but I am sure we have coders hidden in a different department, meaning if anyone would ask "can you help me with ...", someone would help.


He is not managing the server, Fried does. In terms of powers and rights, nothing has changed, because Carlito is a PWA and could do that since the start (with Unix's permission)

Idk why we need delteria staff, why have all these staff who don't even play the game doing all the work on it? We got these guys making the plans for something they know nothing about and ignoring the knowledgeable people.

I agree, please stop hiring Delteria staff. In fact, fire them all. Carlito was a good example of why to not have staff from other servers be positions in a game they don't play.

I disagree. If they are capable of doing their job, what's the problem? My only problem is when the manager isn't from iZone because he can't possibly know enough aspects of Zone to know what decisions need to be made for the server. ZPs, GFX, Levels, Coding, all of those departments should be capable of working for Zone if they never even played zone (levels being the only exception sometimes, although leveling doesn't take much skill..)

So if I asked Nikki how much an -insert gun name here- costs she would know? Zps need to be knowledgeable about Zone for a reason. Levels, Coding, GFX, and all the other positions could apply instantly, idc. I think they should just be quizzed about Zone before being instantly hired.

Why wouldn't she be capable of going to the store with that gun and finding the price? I'd hire someone who would use their resources and not currently knowledgeable than someone who plays zone, but would simply reply "Idk" to questions they don't know. I was hired as a PR on iEra and I literally knew nothing about the server, but when I was asked questions, I went and looked for the answers, or asked other staff so I could answer the player.
