I'm not sure what exactly you guys want... You want a personalized hat but don't want to go into the trouble of making it yourself so you just add minor edits to someone elses work? Not saying it would be the end of the world but it is not a very nice attitude either.

Nope. What everyone really wants is the ability to upload their own hat, like you said. Staff have made it clear that they aren't going to allow that, so people have asked for the next best thing (which are small edits to the hats they do provide us with). I just think it's insane that you're all acting like it's such a burden or so much work to upload a hat.

Last post because you guys clearly are misinterpreting our point. They don't want a hat they made, they want the hat they chose to have a small edit which might even be a few pixels if anything to represent them as a guild.

I see, i have no idea how the system for uploading graphics to the server work, Coco explained the trouble involved in it on a previous post but i didn't quite get it. Anyway i do think player made hats for GST should be allowed, i see no problem with it as long as the players are not constantly rushing admins to get it uploaded.

Afaik there was no rush for the hat upload.

Then you should understand that I take pride in the work I make. I even show it off in my house. Having someone screw around with it might not bother me, but that would depend on what they change, and if they do a good job or not.

It's also kind of a pain like Coco said to have to re-upload something.

I made some GFX on iZone and although I never got into it hardcore, I completely understand not wanting players editing their hats. Basically as yog (yogurt?? <3) said, it depends on what's edited and how well it's done, and that could change each time. I would still say you shouldn't be allowed to edit the hat. If you had the staff member do the edits, it would just cause difficulty with giving directions, seeing the changes, then saying "no I want this to be this way instead" and so on. No need.

At least make hats that don't look like a 4.5k hat fresh from castle hat shop.

Only good recent hats were probably deity kitty hat and yami rebellious hat.

Custom 1k hats are already very time consuming and players do message admins repeatedly asking when it will be uploaded, was it reviewed yet etc. Similarly, although it's just a minor edit, players are very likely to wait for a day or so then start asking why their hat isn't uploaded yet. There are different time zones and everyone has a life outside the game. The gfx admins aren't online 24/7 to attend to your needs and wants so overall, just my opinion, hat edits shouldn't be allowed.

Leah isnt in charge of that stuff, and far from getting fired lol.
