most of the customs aren't really made by 'them'.
just edits. and who would allow 'their' customs to be public.

I just logged on and received a notice that my own personal head(that Graal Depot iFiled) got refunded. Did this happen to anyone else?

I think it was a full refund. I got 15000 for it, but I probably got it during a discounted upload time.
