I get your point, but even when players bans aren't lifted a lot of them still feel cheating causing upset among the community and bad relations from player to GP. Providing evidence may help people understand what they did wrong and would prove to them that they were banned for a reason and would have no right to complain.
It would also stop people being confused

I'm still puzzled on why I was banned for a week for calling my friend a puta and a hoe. Was I banned for that? Or was I banned for something else?

Heads up. Inappropriate behavior and hacking are two different things.

One you can easily have proof and the other you can just make up.

They never rejected Darkstar gave me a refund for the body but perm banned me from uploading for no reason and I showed him they accept it and they let me and people buy it I was a (NOOB) at the time darkstar a newer admin and I was very confused how it was against the rules with many people with the body and I tried to explain to him if it was against the rule how come they always accept it and never decline it for people I then wanted a refund on my head Because it was the dino head and it did not match anything without that certain body (also this head should of been refunded it covered face not the open dino head one) anyway i ended up refunding that for half price. Either way he Perm banned me from uploading unfarily and like i said i took a break for months because they wouldnt unban me i then came back and they unbanned me and said sorry and then i got a sorry from darkstar himself in game, either way i'm sharing this to say there are admins who can ban for no reason and since ive experienced this i highly suggest ban proof / evidence

Talking of upload bans, Kenovo made me the cutest head. I uploaded it, it got accepted. Removed, I uploaded it again, then i got a perma upload ban rip lol

You will be on defense and you will be without a lawyer.
the judge would be a gp who was not involved in the case.

Players could be warped in and asked questions they would act as witnesses

Why not make this say 10k gralats, which are refunded to your account if you get unbanned, and they are taken if you aren't.
