This is one of those things they have added thats ruining this console. Not everyone is going to be using the xbox one every single day of every single week

Wait what? You don't have to use your Xbox every day... it just needs to do a check-in at least once a day in order to play games. And it'll probably do it while it's turned off, or when you turn it on.

Not that I'm defending it... it's very stupid. But I can't believe how many people are bashing it with faulty understandings/information.

So what happens if my internet goes off for more than a few days because of bad weather or maybe because I don't have electricity everyday since some countries have problems with this. I wouldn't be able to play at all until I do get it to connect.

I haven't researched the XboxOne, but you might have problems turning it on.

If you don't have internet for at least 24 hours(for last verification) you can't play your games. Simple as that.

They have totally cocked it up.

No you can play offline games from what my sources say. (Big time youtubers).

I don't like PC gaming much anymore,xbox has like no system lag,It's all in your connection. And the 12 year old CoD thing is getting old,aren't you supposed to be in a party anyways?And if you're playing Search and Destroy just mute everyone but your friends if you want. But the reason I like xbox is because you don't have to go through all the complications just to make your computer meet the requirements to a game.
I can add,I like how you can play multiple games with your friends and stay on the mic,I mean on PC you can skype and all but I think xbox's gaming is much less complicated.

And the xbox one is giving us bad signals but we have to wait and see.
