I like ncjs idea, but the stats should be different. The stats should equal out to the same though. For example should be able to make a really fast gun with low damage and faster reload or a slower gun with higher damager and a slower reload. So basically all the gang guns will even out, but you can personalize what type of gun you would like to use.

10,000 hours? Just give them a shop with gang-themed items. Let them choose every aspect from look to items to pricing. I think thatd be both simple and a large achievement. Not to mention moving era forward with cool new items and making era more realistic, since the stuff will probably be similar to a brand name product.

I think its a pretty decent idea honestly. Itd fill up empty buildings around era. People would have alot cooler items and weapons to play with. The only venefit the gang wld get would be seeing the items around era and ownership, no gralat income.

they should have a gang body, a whole store, their own base named what ever the leader wishes to call it, and 5 people in the gang get an umbrella!

The store and base could both be in the same zone too. However the bases would have to be limited due to the fact the zone radius is too large for all the gangs in the future.

snk, I still think a "gang gun" is the best idea for the 10000 hours prize.
let's start the history of "gang gun" at iEra too^^
but i understand this is game is a business also.
so, mabye the gang gun should not be free.
how about this?
give the gang witch reached 10000 hours a "private gang shop",
"only" their members can go into the shop and buy gang stuff from the shop,
(give them the "right" of buying gang stuff but not a free item.)
gang gun 80000-100000(mabye higher?), gang hat 35000, gang melee 50000...

if they kicked from gang or leave gang, the stuff they bought will disappear.
if they join back(on tag), they can use those items again.
