Lol. I just saw someone in graal city saying staff shouldnt allow too same sex people to marry, saying that the bible says marriage is between a man and a woman. Silly Christians thinking their old book gives them the ability to take away peoples rights and that what some book says holds water in graal.

If you love someone you can marry them, pretty obvious that's how it should work, of you love more than one person, you should be able to marry them all. Pretty easy to understand, it's a game, let players have fun, keep your religion out.

Dont forget the hats and animal transformations!

People are really taking their seriousness to Graal out to a whole new level, aren't they?

Okay, lets completely forget the controverial side of this.

If polygamy was introduced, hundreds of people would try to get married at one time. Because after you're married once, you might wanna stay to marry again. And again. Nobody's gonna leave, and people are going to keep coming. Also, there'd be extra lag because it's not like when marriage was first introduced and you needed a dedicated partner; you could marry all your friends right? And all your new cool friends you're gonna meet in the future right? The cathedral will never NOT be laggy and it'd be difficult to get a marriage at all. So the LAT admins might have to install a new church just because they introduced this.

And honestly, are they going to go through all of that if little to none are actually a polygamist? Doesn't seem realistic.

It's not a problem and I could care less what goes around in iClassic, but it's just hilarious how many people take this game so seriously. Now I'm wondering how many nine year old minds have been screwed up thanks to iClassic.

Can someone give me a legit problem that will undoubtably come from this?

The marriage system will not be updated to allow polygamy.

The server would have to maintain a list instead of just your one partner, a GUI would have to be introduced to view all your 'wives/husbands'. An unnecessary headache to what should be a simple system.

In this environment it will be abused because people will just get married to everyone because they can and will effectively convert a polygamous marriage to a 'fan club' and we already have guilds for that.

So if you want engage in polygamy; start a guild and make your followers call themselves your wives/husbands.

Unless Twinny has updated the system, marriage is just a 'guild tag' anyway.
