Hey!

There are too many threads about our on-going server issues.
For those, who are asking themselves: "What happened?" - well, here you go:

Around 5 hours ago, we suddenly saw our player count dropping tremendously.
No-one, not even staff, could log-in any longer.
I was one of the last two staff members that stayed on the server until I eventually logged off as I had to leave.
The player count was at roughly 250 players at that time.

Common questions now are:

Q: Has my account been deleted?
A: No, it hasn't been deleted. Our database is down, and it's a global issue.
Even our support site is affected. Your account is safe, you'll be able to log-in as soon as we're back.

Q: But why did it go down?
A: It was probably some technical issue on ToonSlab's side.
None of the renowned "hackers" (I'd call them manipulators though) are involved in this.
If they claim they are, they are merely seeking for attention. Do not give them that.

Q: When will it be back up?
A: We don't know as of right now.
All we know is that unixmad is aware of the issue and is attempting to resolve it.
