Like Godoco said, the GFX Team can also make furnitures, heads, body, mount, items. There are plenty of things a part of making hats. Instead of reselling them they should add more non hat-related content.

Yeah, those are probably coming up soon. I think the juggernaut one was an old honor shop hat? Could be remembering wrongly. Helmet with wings was sold when Snowtown came out along with the hoods and halo.

The winged helmet was sold in Rivers Shop I think, under the castle, next to Red Inn

Juggernaut was in honor shop. First time it was out and soon replace with a different hat.

Here is maybe the reason why the did re sell the old halo hat:

Nexus has just opened, to celebrate the Japanese Translate Team and there is a LOT of hats, furnitures, food, mount.
The design is awesome.
Maybe they prefered worked on this.

Man I've looked everywhere and the only hat I see remotely like the master chief's helmet is that Axel event hat... or maybe (remotely) that new one they released with the glowy zone-style visor... and they're both sorta new!

Nope... no old halo hats anywhere.
