Yes because every admin is implanted with a chip and when they do the clear pms command, it processes all of the pms at once. Though there is a small chance that the chip overloads and the user goes into "sleep mode." That's why sometimes admins seem to not respond.

And since Stefan is the lazy powerhog he is, he buys the outdated 1987 edition chips. So sometimes the admins go into bat**** crazy mode and does ******ed crap that gets them fired.
