Hold up... In what way will pk points be different than gang points? Can we still spend them on the same stuff? Cuz it's really hard to get to even 9th place, and most gangs stay there for almost even a year at most...

Could you do it so to enter each week it cost something like 500 or 1000 so it makes it a bit fairer as more people get a chance. Also maybe add tiers to this like top tier middle tier and bottom tier so you get new gangs in one and big gangs (maybe top 20) in top tier and the rest in middle to balance everything out?

Just dont add any OP guns and maybe make it 100 deaths to lose 1 since people die so much?
