Naming schemes and altered looks (the M) such as this are why Nintendo can't do anything. Look at the bomberman (hoodie boy, I mean) pet, it doesn't exactly look like him.

But there are also some things that don't need alterations. Nintendo can't copyright a wizards hat and collar. Nor do they own the rights to a platformer that doesn't feature anything made by Nintendo, but has similar gameplay to a Mario game. Pacman is the same.

Nexus is open until the 20th of August this season, I think it's possible they'll introduce more things in the following weeks.

As soon as I stepped into the pokemon/Zelda world it seemed like something both awesome, permenant, and much bigger than it actually was. I think it would had made sense to make that world a little more expansive/interactive and permenantlt accessable.

I figured you would buy the game machines to be able to enter these worlds long after this event was closed. And maybe the machines would be added somewhere in the over world like burger refuge.

I think it would be cool to have a social hub accessable through your furniture. Like a portal that gets rarer with time.
