The reason the general public wants to be a PR is because they think it's all fun and games giving yourself lightsabers and MetalStorms to run around with and impress your friends. There are a couple normal people out there, though. One thing I learned through life is that humans are wired to want to help people, and feel good when they help someone and receive a thank you. Those are the ones that make the best Player Relations staff; the ones that genuinely want to help players in need and contribute to the community in a selfless way. I respect those people, and those are the ones that deserve it above all else. I strive to be like them. Maybe I will, some day.

Ok this idea is 50/50 like i said before, but now your hired from recommandations by staff, there is like 5 out of 1000% chance a staff will recommand you because staff are now getting way more spammed about 'please recommand me'. i think this is unfair because the people that will be recommanded is mostly the people that talk to staff daily and have a real relationship with them. so to be honest staff really won't have time going around looking for people (its what i think) I dont know ;/

Bad Idea, it'll be unfair for the people who has a chance to be a PR because they somehow "helped" the cummunity. For the Leveling itself I recommend LAT, if your goal is Leveling don't ruin the chances of others.

Not everyone likes to be confronted In front of a computer camera talking to Ea iPhone staff through Skype.
You never know who could be hired;
An 11 year old could be hired deepends on his or hers maturity level.
And why set up the age range from 14+ a 12-13 year old could be mature then you and could have an opportunity to be staff but couldn't because the age limit is 14+.
Not a good idea.

But mature people aren't necessarily known. Maturity isn't exclusive to friends of staff, and the flipside is also true.
