It's a 2 part issue.

1.) Secret santa does not let you submit multiple gifts at a time. You have to get one back before you can give again.

2.) The lag in houses right now can cause your gifts not to appear. Try reloading the game after peak hours to see what shows up.

So, no offense...to anyone. But these hats aren't really good, or worth it...like I am not excited to get any of this in presents..just like last year.

Keep in mind though that most of the content posted on the forums are a WIP. It's only the beginning of the month, so there will probably be more people posting their work here in the coming weeks (especially more experienced artists.) Also, the people posting here are a loud minority. There's still people who don't post here that still submit their work for the contest.

It actually is happening, both ways. I've gotten extra gifts from Secret Santa and even lost some to it and no the extra gifts aren't the ones I've lost, the numbers don't add up. I've also lost gifts while sending them to people and those still haven't turned up anywhere. I'm assuming it has something to do with the lag that is going on right now.

I think it's fine as long as you include the correct Graal ID for the account that you want to receive the items for
