This isn't just a normal Graal server with an average player count. It has more than 500 people online in some periods of the day, so it needs a suitable number of staff to cover questions, issues and other problems players might have.

iClassic staff are definitely self-indulged, save very few of them. The vast majority of them use PM privacy, and when they don't, they won't respond. Like Higbey once said - "To get an iClassic staff to listen to you, you'll have to hold their family for ransom. Anything less probably won't work.

As long as people keep spamming staff like this, they're going to keep PM privacy on because it takes up so much time to read so much nonsense.

how about making a system where we can go to enter a report or talk to a staff, players that are doing that crap will get warped out, im sure a system could be made, anything thats better than feedback, where you get banned for life for making a feedback a staffmember doesnt like,

It isn't necessary. Feedback should be used for feedback only, reports should be used for reports only, and any other support should go to the support email address. The feedback and reports are also constantly abused by players, which is why people are so easily banned from sending irrelevant messages through feedback. If you don't want to be banned from feedback, don't abuse feedback. Simple.

Unfortunately they stop being funny when you have 300 unread variations of these. :(

I find feedbacking about abuse ends up getting you banned from feedback, they need to change it so banning someone from feedback lasts two weeks, so its not permanent, players might make a spam feedback once when they are new or angry, then later on have to use feedback but cant because of that one mistake.

XOR globally banned me from all of graal before VIP came out. I dont really know all about it.
