Dude thats some sick stuff. I love the graphic design work.

BTW, do you have any tips on doing face topology, I am really struggling to learn how to do it properly

Haven't had much of a chance to work on this for the last couple months. Started again this week. Got the geometry mostly done, now I'm going to start working on the materials, textures, and lighting. That should take about another month.... :p Current textures and poses aren't final.

Sorry for the really late reply lol but I'd recommend starting with the eyes, mouth, and nose and then 'connecting them together'. The overall mesh flow should look like this:

notice the rings around the mouth and eyes

Good work.

Got the lighting mostly done. Need to tweak some stuff and add some fine details and I'll probably be done. Any tips or feedback would be great, like if something looks wrong. I'll render out a ~40 second video panning around the scene and post it here in a couple weeks.

So nice! I'm sure you've mentioned this before, but what program do you use?

Maya for most things and mudbox for sculpting the more organic stuff

****s expensive but luckily you get them free for 3 years if you have a .edu email (college students)

Got the basic sculpt of jafar done, working on iago and then i'll retopologize them all and start posing them. Hopefully I'll get that done by the time spring break ends.
