No actually it isn't it is used for a lot more than just that.

report function is not answered in 99% of the reports...
so this is a big problem too. people aren't using the 'report' button anymore for tower glitcher or hacker, no they are using the feedback button and get more attention... I guess thats not the right usage of the feedback button. Never saw 'report hackers etc. here' in the description.

Server is just full down i think because of the new areas and meaby railroad...

If the report is genuine, the report will be acted upon. If it isn't then it won't. If you want the reported acted upon, include as much detail as possible other than.

European Admins
 

I dont think european people don't apply to get admin, their skills are just not that good enough to handle situations in iclassic. I mean the average amount of player online is like 1000 so if 40% would be european, the european admins would still get spam from the american ones. Sometimes people in europe can't even speak english quite well (I'm not talking from UK)...
It's fact that the most people playing graal are under 18. So you cant say 'dont hire people under 18' because when you would, there would like all 18 or older be admin... that's not very good I bet.

They don't just hire people from iClassic. X_X They hire people if they think they can handle the job.

Sonke, if they can't speak english well, they're not getting hired for anything involving having to talk to ENGLISH players. It's a rather simple concept to wrap your mind around.

Younger people can also be admins,but it's better to aim for school than being an admin. That's what the most graal staff is saying. And I don't think that european peoples ain't getting any chanches to be an admin.Just cause europeans don't got english as mother language they can't be good at english? They're learning it at school..and it's not only about speaking english well(it's important but doesn't means if you got perfect english skills that you be promoted to an admin.) You have to be active(not only at the game) and and and.
But you shouldn't complain,staff is choosing their members,you have to stick with it.
