You get in depending if Rufus likes you or not, even though Albus is GP Chief and Rufus has nothing to do with the position.

I don't know the majority of the GP team, especially the newly hired members, so I don't think so.

Exactly How many GPs are there ATM in classic, it seems like every third person you walk by is an admin.

There's only 22. Since there's on average 1800 players, and not all of the GP's are on all at the same time, that's actually not that many.
