Depends what you mean by top. If you want hard statistics, I'm sure snk will be happy to generate lists of players sorted by maximum gralats, online time, hat count and all the bs if you asked him to.

They should make a list of most popular players by friend list system.
So depends on how many people have you in their friend list. The more people have you there, the more close you are to the 1st place in the top list.
