theres already a hat the exact same in the picture you posted, its off pc graal, however i dont happen to own it but im assuming they edited it so it wouldnt exactley been the same

I don't think people care much if it's copyrighted or not. Our thoughts when we see a hat aren't "Hey, this is copyrighted material!", they're "This hat looks cool, so I'll use it." or "THIS HAT SUCKS."

if you read the uploading guidelines somewhere it says copyrighted material is not aloud but stuff that is inspired by shows books etc is fine if it odes not look like an exact replica

well both hats was free (1gralat because they cant sell it for 0gralats, idk why)
Pink one was the first hat from revolution and was 1 gralat (free)
The mask was the first hat from nexus, 1gralat (free)

they aren't exact copies, it would be considered transformative or a parody therefore protected by "fair use"

Who gives a ****, do you guys think some anime making company gives a **** if some little league online game makes hats that resemble something their characters wear? Do you think they'd be able to find it anyway?

Nintendo found Zelda Online (which was Graal), but then again, that was because it was the flagship title of the game that was advertised. They just want to be safe, I guess. There's always the chance someone who works for say, Naruto, downloads the app like the rest of us did, and notice the graphic on another player.

And they are gonna notice a graphic resembling Naruto, **** their pants, and file a lawsuit? And even then, all Graal has to do is delete the graphic.

Large companies never really have to go that extra step involving any sort of lawsuit. Typically all they have to do is send out a C&D letter and scare the **** out of small fries like Graal because most people can't afford to go to court, whether they're in the right or wrong.
