I bet if an applicant said "I want to legally walk on walls and try out new weapons no one else has and drag people who get on my nerves to the corner of the map" under "Why do you think you're qualified to be an admin?" they wouldn't have made it past the first round of the interview process. They probably said something like "I would wish for world peace and to make graal a better place :)"

You can have fun without all the new toys for the last damn time.

We have to spend our time on checking reports and doing our job rather than digging for the items. If we would take part in the events and actually win them, people would complain that we abused some powers, we got a bigger screen to dodge bullets or whatever.
There is always someone who will complain and thats it.

yeah, but again why would you need those items you "would've" won the event from help players in any form of way? I kinda see your point a little but it shouldn't be over powered.

Because we want to enjoy the time on our PC aswell. So we do sometimes spar, PK around or whatever rather than sitting around invisible.

You can do all that just with an m4. The majority of staff just sit around invisible -.- like we saw in pimpsys 1320 video.

Just because we are being at one spot AFK once, it does not say that we always do that.
And how are we supposed to get the M4? Digging, collecting trash, ...! So again we would have to spend our time on that with people just spamming and keeping us off our job again.

Honestly; I can see all arguments in regards to basing etc with overpowered weapons, yes it makes it unfair for players, especially with unreleased and unbalanced guns - stuff like lightsabre are pretty irrelevant because they're not exactly hard to kill x.x

Staff turnover on Era is very high, this is because the job because extremely repetitive and boring and very stressful at times, if we're not able to have any fun beyond the normal of players, you may as well be a player and be without the stress and aggro of players begging constantly and wanting this and wanting that.

End of the day, you're merely complaining for the sake of complaining, can't say i've ever heard people complain about me pking with unreleased things, they usually take it as a challenge to kill and have some fun.

Things wont change in regards to weapons and admins, so you may aswell give up in that respect. If you want robot staff who give you default answers to everything, pretty sure we can do that, we'll make our services to you as boring as possible.
