So let's see it real, rather than always seeing "Whoever's team can beat up to 2nd place on mixed" predictions. If they lose, I'm sure they'll put their games up. If not, they'll keep losing until they win. Let them try something new and let them improve, don't shield them with weird excuses, unless you're afraid of facing delayers or idevices yourself?

You weren't the only person with 1-2hours of practice. Skull for example, was sparring on his macbook for the first time (and had less than a days practice). Thallen logged on 30mins before GST, fulgore practiced for around 10 spars etc.

The last round me and skull had 2hp each with the others still also being alive, but the round that you did win, 3 of our players didn't even drop 4 hits...


IMO using prime as example is pretty bad, he has always performed as bad as Brett vs our team and struggled to go even. The fact he beat "alumni" which consisted of John and Rainmaker as cores is completely irrelevant since that's 60% of the team.

However, I do have to say that at least I have some more respect for prime, whilst the guy has survived a coma and carried on performing in GST's, at least he is better than Brett who spends hours chasing around and obsessing over any asian female in game.

I did see Fulgore and Skull practicing in BA, maybe Fulgore more than Skull. Fulgore practiced for a decent amount of time and he did good against us. Skull didn’t actually do good in the first round the one where Thallen was the only guy alive. Probably didn’t do in the second round either. First round was very close but Thallen had a lot of hp and landed a good amount of hits. In the second round 4 of us were alive with me and someone else can’t remember who with 2hp left. In the 3rd round you guys did pretty good.
Anyways, Brett got most of the mvps overall even-though he doesn’t care about gst. He doesn’t even talk on forums but I guess stealing the “asian girls” triggered some of you guys (just joking graal girls is probably his last interest just like any other normal dude). I understand you have a fetish on asian girls on graal to the stage where whenever I go on I see you online chatting to some graal girls 24/7 which is pretty gross since they r graal girls Ngl.

ULTRA losing had nothing to do with Prime, switching to PC, or any factors other than us not giving it 100% anymore, not being on Discord to communicate, and statistics - you can't just win 100% of the time, in a best-of-3 series, over 4 years on a game as simple as this

(That's why through the next several GSTs they did, they got severely assblasted until eventually they just decided to make their own game to play on)

I was actually very surprised that we didn't take a random L sooner, anyone in Alumni will tell you that I was constantly saying we're due for a loss any GST now (up to probably 4-5 GSTs before that one)

Our win percentage would be a lot lower if it was best of 1 and a lot higher if it was best of 5, that's just how it works, so using a 5% win rate really doesn't add much to support an argument - I agree that PCs are naturally "better" in terms of what's available to them if that's what you were trying to say though

Not sure why you say that it’s an excuse. The reality is that it would be unfair to merge gst. Delay doesn’t make people better in guild spar. However, I feel that mixing non-delayers with delayers has always been the most efficient team comp, because opposing teams are forced to switch up their timing on the fly.

full idev teams have always had the option to join mixed gst. No one is stopping them from doing so.

Wont lie tho, itd make things more competitive. Its true pcs have a movement advantage but i’d enjoy seeing a lot of new teams. I’d support merging gsts if there was a requirement like “minimum 3 idevs” or something. Would balance it out. Wouldn’t mind doing gst with idev guys like shadz, den, or catalyst
