I encourage anyone who [seriously] isn't happy in his or her life to exercise daily.
It doesn't sound like it'll help, trust me I know, but last year I had depression (not major, but depression nonetheless). I decided to take action by working out, and I believe that investment of time to better my self physically has made me grateful for my life. On top of exercise came eating right, and then after that came other means of mental health like meditation, and now I'm the happiest I've ever been.

Likely none of you are going to take something from this post, because a simple paragraph of text isn't going to make you take action in becoming a better person in your own life.
But if any single person does wish to be happy, truly you'll do what information this post gives.

Listen to this. When you get an addiction to excercise and bettering yourself you will feel purpose and, scientifically, excercise releases endorphins

Yay for excercise

Yes. Why? Because I am amazing.

I exercise everyday and I've been far happier, but I also excercise daily sophomore year when my depression was probably the worst

Exercise? Walking up and down the stairs is enough for me

You should exercise every other day rather than everyday because your body could over do itself.

I really like jogging about 6-7 pm when its just dark, its not too cold but is just cold enough to keep you cool while you're out. I hope to do the London marathon sometime in the future.

Nope, as long as you get enough food and sleep in you'll be fine working out 6-7 days a week.
