Idk if anyone said this but u gotta count calories!

For the next fourty days, I am giving up junk food and really unhealthy stuff. That might knock a few pounds off me, eh?

Exercising and all of that is great but another big part of being healthy is just stocking your fridge up with the right foods and then eating them when you're hungry. Rather than just taking the first snack you see such as potato chips, you should try to make it a goal to make your fruits and vegetables easily obtainable so you eat those instead. I'd suggest you get your mind off of eating things because they taste good and instead eating things because they make you FEEL good. At first in a diet change like this it may be hard to adapt but after the first week it gets easier. As it goes on you'll feel a lot better and you will start to crave foods that make you feel good.

Peoples nonsense about counting calories and eating cale will turn you into a californian and nobody wants that to happen to them.
Just learn how to cook eat some good food but avoid that storebaught junk and frozen food. Get natural fruits and vegetables and make pasta and other good food.Go to the gym 2-3 times a week you will see a difference. And lastly replace chips with nuts any nuts peanuts,cashews ect. Quote:
