So I was able to have a talk with Leah, and first thing I want to do is thank her for being understanding of the situation, even though I imposed myself on her, as I tend to do a lot in areas I have no jurisdiction in.
At first I was skeptical the hat was stolen from Vici, but after spending what was probably too long comparing the hats I can say in confidence it was created from scratch by Jordini.
For starters here are your two hats side by side where they appear on the template.
The beak of Jordini's is shorter, making the hat lower on the template. But the top outline is still suspiciously similar.
The red outline is Vici's placed on top of Jordini's blue outline
The problem with this though is that the heads do follow a similar curve, with a 2 pixel line running diagonally followed by 1 pixel diagonal, but this is
extremely common on all hats. Emphasize extremely. It's also going to be a lot similar on smaller hats such as masks because you have a lot less room to work with, unless you want a giant looking mask.
Still don't believe me? Here's the outline to a mask rorriM made for Delteria back in 2013 placed ontop of Vici's plague mask doctor outline.
The outline is
even more similar, but I seriously doubt Vici stole the outline, or rorriM stole Vici's outline from the future.
The last argument would be be beaks are exactly the same, but again it's following the 2 pixel line diagonally following a 1 pixel diagonal outline I mentioned earlier. I seriously wish I could find the plague doctor mask MrSimons made in 2013 because I can almost guarantee the beak is exactly the same.

These outlines share
no similarities whatsoever. It shows that Jordini is more than capable of creating their own outline. Also note the lightsource on both the front and side views are different.
I want to sincerely apologize to Jordini. I know that accusations of theft are extremely unsettling.
