Hm, its hard to pick a single favorite. But my current favorites are:

Gurren Lagann,
Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood
Space Dandy
Detective Conan
Lupin the 3rd
Cowboy Bebop

and I'm currently watching One Punch Man. So far it seems like that will be added to the list as well.
