I see where your coming from with all your posts but the logic makes me angry. Why are we the only server so scared from getting another developer. Other servers seem to not have these problems

When it comes to mobile environments, security is an issue as well, and opening up that realm to potential candidates isn't as easy or common of a practice as many believe.

Look at it this way -- with a few basic rights set up and control over the NPC Server I could do just about anything I wanted up to and including things that a "simple backup" would still cause a major inconvenience to players and other developers. It's like asking a stranger off the street to hold your wallet while you go change pants.
