iClassic is more popular because that's what Graal was designed to be to begin with. When Era came out in 2003 there was no server like it, and it was a love it or hate it type of relationship. Normal Graal was always regarded as being "better" while Era offered content you didn't really see anywhere else (guns, main fighting system ranged vs the normal melee, a cool mining system, and eventually businesses). On top of all of this, the biggest difference between iClassic and Era is that Classic in general was not designed to have an economy, whereas Era was completely designed based on an economic system.

I love bashing Era but it was a different experience and is sometimes a fun server to play. The biggest issue I have with it (not iEra in particular but Era in general) is how little it has evolved. If anything it's un-evolved in the past few years.

I don't see how it hasn't evolved. We have more content updates than iClassic..

What? Are your two sentences related to eachother or are they seperate points? Incase they are one point, I was comparing Era's evolution to itself; not to iClassic.

Oh.
I'm just saying,
I really don't see how we haven't evolved.
We went from a small, side server, and slowly we are growing more and more popular. Gaining more weapons, more and better content, such things.

I'm talking about Era as a whole, not just iEra. And no, it hasn't really evolved much, especially when compared to its 2006 self.

GraalOnline Era and GraalOnline Classic are different games, different people like different things. Era is what it is and it's good they way it is. Only reasons why classic is more popular is because it has been out there for YEARS. iEra came out 1 year ago. When I started Classic 2009 it was going through same process that iEra is going through now. Next year it's going to have 1000+ players after people receive a word of it.
In a nuttshell:
Classic and iEra are different games for reason because different people like different things.

"different games"

try different servers on the same game.
