Yes, I am a crazed totalitarian who has zero belief that people can make a difference in something, I mean why else would I use this community forum? I think people should express their opinions on a product or service until the owner rejects it, at that point why bother? I am sure Rufus won't change his mind. So please go to bed and come back in the spring.

Yes it may have, sadly it seemed as though people supported your cause, whereas here it hit the floor in minutes, staff won't change their mind because one little baby is crying.
