Also failure, I didn't say a extreme cut off, I was saying that around half events the really really good event players should let other people have a go, just think of how if you were unable to win any because the same people had a monopoly, you would not have fun and stop playing because there would be no point.

Unfortunately since they won't give others a try at it themselves limits need to be set for the good of other players. Think of it not of a punishment but a helping out for the novice players.
