I have played quite a few of these games on the list but mass effect takes my vote. Why? Well that scene were you escape earth and see the boys ship well that music combined with the scene sent chills down my spine

I'd have to say that out of all of the Final Fantasy games, Final Fantasy 6 has the best sound track.

Forget anything I posted earlier. Touhou has the best soundtrack

One of the best parts was always the way that music transitioned between levels. The overworld of each game had the same "tune" but was altered to fit the mood of the area Banjo was currently visiting.

10/10.

Edit: 41:40 is Click Clock Woods. I went perhaps 7 or 8 years without playing this game and could still remember this song perfectly well.
