Put baddies in deadwood just like the Easter event for the emote but the baddies are zombie noobs. You have to kill them. Some will drop s punkin amd you pick it up and you will have the pumpkin or zombie noob emote

Im not gonna spam too many ideas but...new baddy type would definitely be good...zombies perhaps? I mean baddies are a wasted part of the game pretty much because of their boring abilities and AI.

I got an Idea not really Halloween related but they could do baddy kill rooms 1k,5k, 10k?
with like little shop and new farming part...
Now for Halloween:
(NOTE MAY HAVE BEEN SAID-more who say the more chance of happening)
- New Event place where one person starts of infected and the others have to keep not infected whoever is last to be infected wins prize(gralats?)
- Like the Easter egg hunt maybe do one but finding pumpkin [then you could update the memorial place like it said it was going to be(after fireworks on the sign[got deleted]) but didn't.
-A zombie that hide in different places [limited time](gives hat or head if found)
Lastly maybe a little quests to give us an insight of what the quests are going to be like on iPhone server [remi said quests and lava-land he expects to come near Christmas time]

Or you find candy... Seems more Halloweenish ;)

zombie invasion like the game we had at Easter the zombies drop something as players we collect it and trade our tokens in for some coll things (this is just a quick idea)

make something like a list of houses/guild houses that all trick or treating, say u needed to buy something like a candy bag to let u put your home on this list, then on the day of halloween let people go into that house and take one take piece, then after they r done trick or trearting they can go a stand that will stay open for say a week after halloween and at this stand u can cash in your candy for something like furiture or money

I don't think ghosts will ever be sold as an item. That said, ghost effects may pop up outside of Crypt in selected settings :).

I was having a few thoughts on how to make the ghost mechanic a bit more interesting and randomised. But thinking on it now, may have some issues with Facebook client. I'll have to try and get some dedicated time to flesh something out but not the best time for me x-x

Best way to scare players. Announce that VIP is now 82000 per month and VIP is required to use customization pack or join guilds.

It's obvious the VIP thing is basically a subscription. I have a feeling it's gonna end up being similar to pc but with no classic accounts. But honestly for graaloween I know alot of these ideas are great, but I doubt it will end up being these things, they don't have enough good scripters to be able to make a complex quest with different npcs enemies and a reward other than a gani or a hat.

Higbey please, we have heard enough if your pathetic comments for about half a year now. I know for one, myself and others really just don't care for want your comments. vBulletin has this nice feature called an Ignore List I would recommend adding higbey to it.

yeah a bit more rps action up in the arena in Deadwood would be really nice because i am dead set on getting that half skull hat, perhaps get more staff members to appear there every now and then because i stand there literally 7 hours each day and if im lucky one staff member appears there.

Halloween fence (furniture) , The ability to turn into an evil pet , you know a pet with fangs , red eyes :3 big ears ! and a new event "escape from the ghosts" like a normal level , and ghosts running around the level , if you touch em , you ll die and you ll lose :D !

NPC doesn't have to be a figure of a person, like RPS characters. They are just one type of NPCs. For example, the RPS movement itself is an NPC. The juggle item is an NPC. The jump rope item is an NPC. The /sit command is an NPC.

The quote you posted from wikipedia is just explaining how NPCs react to things. And RPS, juggle, and jump rope are ganis, not NPCs.

If you played Graal client on PC, you'd understand easier. Arrows are NPCs. You don't control it, you activate it by pressing the button. Statues are NPCs. You don't control them, you activate them by walking up to them. If I can walk into an NPC shop and find jump ropes and a yo-yo, I'd assume they are NPCs. :P
