Tyler, I read online that you can disable and hide the update so that it does not automatically download and install. This update was a pre-load and uninstalling it should rid you of all related files.

It still didn't work. It removed the window icon in the bottom right corner, but when I attempt to install updates it always says, "Installing Windows 10" and I have no idea why it keeps doing it.
Edit: Nevermind. An optional update for upgrading to Windows 10 home was selected and I didn't notice.
