This doesn't have anything to do with his stupid car.

I just can't seem to understand why he insists on calling the graphics he edited his own.

You can't change something somebody else did and say claim it as your own.

The original idea belongs to the person who first created it and should be acknowledged.

For this, he has literally taken graphics somebody else made, edited 1 or 2 pixels of it, and printed his name on the back.

How is that fair?

The original purpose of this thread has pretty much been lost under all the drama, so I'm going to close the thread. Should noroup want to make a new thread asking for a suit custom, that's fine, but there have been some contenders already. I'd suggest private messaging them-- could be a more peaceful process.
