Every game has bugs. I expect a game to be able to function properly. But when it has so many bugs you can spot them all over its kind of annoying. I under stand they will be fixed but It just seems a bit rushed in some spots. If they can fix it up it will be a lot better. ^_^

The reason is false advertising from the staff members, and I mentioned how I was treated as a customer being told "all purchases are final"
And being accused of bitching when I asked for a refund.

one staff member should in no way give you an opinion of the whole team.

The fact he wasn't even really punished gives me a pretty good opinion, and the fact I was lied to about the purchases being final instead of being directed to reporting a problem on iTunes for a refund request.

I think first 1000 online get a special hat.

Also it is possible that they had no idea. I only learnt you can do that just then, when I read your post. Honest mistake, perhaps.

Maybe you should look up the definition of "false advertising". The app info doesn't portray anything that isn't true, so it's actually just you being difficult.

the staff of the server represent the app, and technically work for the app, thus the app is liable for them advertising it as such.

If a volunteered worker at a soup kitchen told you that eating the soup would make you fly, the establishment wouldn't be held liable if you were upset that it didn't happen.

1. thats not within reasonable knowledge, while the possibility of the app being as it was described to me was indeed possible and reasonable,
2.soup kitchens are for the poor, and do not cost you money, while this does cost.
3. staff are paid in gelats, normally only obtainable via real world money transaction, thus they arent really volunteers completely as they are paid, just not with currency, as well as them being referred to as staff, not volunteers.
4.the staff members themselves said more than just one false thing to me, outright lying, most likely with the intent to trick me knowing my reaction and that i wouldnt have proof to even be able to get them in hot water for it.

I guess it really just depends on what they said to you... I don't believe that anyone craftily persuaded you into buying it though. You bought it on your own accord, and claiming "false advertising" is just rather childish.

It's $2. I mean, come on...

I cracked the game. Not releasing ipa though. Thought about it, they make then 2$ for a reason. All this comes with a price. They don't pull all this out of their ass like magic. Sure it's a bit pricey, but it's not just paying to play a game. It's supporting a community.

You paid over $100 for your iDevice and you aren't willing to pay $2 for the official game? That's kind of sad.

It's not even that bad, 2$ is exactly going to put you into debt for life....

If the item is worth the price. I paid over 100$ for the idevice. Because I know what I'm getting and I think it's worth it. 2$ for a game I know nothing about, sounds sketchy.
