I'm a developer not a PR. But that doesn't seem to fit into your little brain. I can help if I want to and if I got the required rights to do enough investigation and so on. Also these forums are unofficial. That means I wouldn't have to check them in the first place. The staff is allowed to but we can also simply ignore your "i need help" threads just like your suggestions. But not every staff member does ignore those threads as there can be very nice suggestions or we feel like helping (just like I do when people want to know something or need help with development)

The bugged refund system isn't causing customs to be refunded unintentionally. The bug involves refunds occurring (by player or admin) and the money not being reimbursed.
Ignatius, contact me in-game and please don't just say "hi" or "hi street" as that will not get my attention. Start off by PMing me the issue and I will fix it ASAP. (Or just forum PM me your DeviceID, it's found in the Feedback menu in-game). |

I find it funny how people think all staff are "admins". And that they can all do everything for you.
Anyways I bet most of you aren't 18, so good luck suing them. You can't hire a lawyer either. And if any of you are over 18, you Surely do NOT show it. Sorry. |
